Things I’ve Thunk: Inc. 3DS & iPad 2

Because I’m cool enough to get away with using an incorrect word for the past tense of ‘think’. If I like the format, I may use this as a regular feature. I’m especially welcoming of any irate grammar Nazis telling me I’m sinning against Queen’s English, because I know I am. But grammar Nazis out there, I promise you, I’M ONE OF YOUR SPECIES! Albeit one that isn’t actually particularly knowledged-up on the English language.

• Why the hell did I take law A-level? I all of a sudden find myself not caring about the ways of training to become a barrister. Oh wait, I never did in the first place.
• April Fool’s Day is an incredibly disappointing day. It’s the only day of the year in which everyone is looking out especially hard for silly tricks and pranks. Why bother?
• I drink too much water.
• I desperately need to experience the 3D effect of the Nintendo 3DS for myself. I’ve read up so much about it, but just haven’t got around to actually getting the unit itself in my hands. I know I won’t be buying one for a very very very long time, but from what I’ve heard, ignoring it’s irritating faults, it’s a pretty damn impressive piece of kit.
• I need to find a way of making a shit-ton of money. Any ideas? I’m afraid I’ve already ruled out ‘plant some money trees’, ‘embrace a life of crime’, and ‘start up a social networking phenomenon and call it Facebook’. Apparently the third one has already been done.
• Bullet points look pretty sexy in a blog post…
• Is the iPad 2 really enough of an improvement on the original model? Price must be taken into account. Is it worrying that for me the most impressive aspect of the iPad 2 is the crazy-cool screen protector contraption?! Genius.

• Bees are annoying little twats. Has anyone else seen a bee fly into their room, fret like fuck, headbutt the window several times, and cack itself? I’m sure it’s not a common occurrence.

I suppose one must go have a shower so he can be washed, clean and ready for Saturday of doing very little. Bah.
